i-search is the source for market information. Our online platform gives you access to timely market information about New Zealand’s capital markets. There are 5 different modules to suit your needs. Pick a module, or combination of modules, to give you the vital information you need quickly and efficiently. You’ll get an individual login so you can be access your i-search from anywhere and allows you to keep your finger on the pulse.

You can access an up-to-date database of all market announcements that have been released to the public via our online platform, iSearch. Daily announcements can be accessed in Real Time or 24hrs Delayed depending on the user's subscription package. Your search can be narrowed down by announcement type, keyword search, company or date range.

It includes:

• Full list of all current equity and debt securities
• The Weekly Diary, which gives a summary of all market announcements issued by NZX during the previous week and upcoming changes to the status of listed issuers’ securities. Published every Friday as a word document - email notification available
• Daily Corporate Actions file, a subset of the information from the Weekly Diary in a CSV format
• Dividend Reinvestment Plans file, which contains all securities with dividends eligible for reinvestment, in a CSV format updated every Friday

The internal stock report provides listed issuers with a monthly snapshot of how their company is performing. This includes which brokers are trading company stock, price, volume and value movement. This is an easy way for the board and internal stakeholders to stay informed.
