RESIGNATION OF CCHL CFO

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a) Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL) (NZX: CCH) advises that Chief Financial Officer Toni Rowell has resigned. Toni's last day with CCHL will be 10 April 2024. CCHL acting CEO, Paul Silk, said "we wish to thank Toni for the significant contribution she has made to CCHL and the wider group during her time as CFO. In particular, the stability and support she provided as we welcomed a new board and undertook a strategic review last year. We wish her the best for her future endeavours". CCHL will commence the process for appointing a replacement immediately and provide a further market update in due course.
