Synlait announces smaller Executive Leadership Team

Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) CEO Grant Watson is creating a smaller Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to increase alignment, reduce costs, and accelerate growth. The key changes include: o Establishing a Chief Commercial Officer role, responsible for the Advanced Nutrition and Ingredient businesses. Naiche Nogueira, previously the Director of Advanced Nutrition (role disestablished under restructure), has been appointed to this role. o Disestablishing the Director of Quality, Regulatory & Laboratory Services role. These functions will be integrated across the balance of the business. These changes reduce the direct reports to the CEO by two.
