18 March 2024 NZX Announcement For immediate release NZ WINDFARMS LIMITED: EXPERT CONSENTING PANEL FOR THE AOKAUTERE EXTENSION PROJECT NZ Windfarms Ltd (NZX code: NWF) is pleased to advise that the Environmental Protection Authority has appointed an Expert Consenting Panel to consider the Company's application for resource consents for its Aokautere Extension Project (the Project). The Panel will commence its role on 8 April 2024. If resource consents are granted, the Project will form part of the repower of the Company's Te Rere Hau wind farm to be undertaken through its joint venture with Meridian Energy Limited, subject to conditions.
