Christchurch International Airport Limited Considers Bond Offer Christchurch International Airport Limited ("CIAL") is considering an offer of 7 year, unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed rate bonds ("Bonds") to institutional investors and New Zealand retail investors. Full details of the Bond offer will be released upon the offer opening, which is expected to be in the week commencing 1 April 2024. If CIAL proceeds with the Bond offer, it will be made in accordance with the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 as an offer of debt securities of the same class as existing quoted debt securities. The Bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market. CIAL has appointed Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141) (acting through its New Zealand branch) ("Westpac") as Arranger and Bank of New Zealand, together with Westpac, as Joint Lead Managers in relation to the offer. Investors can register their interest in the Bond offer with the Joint Lead Managers or a financial advice provider. Indications of interest will not involve an obligation or commitment of any kind.
