Capital Change Notice – Employee Share Scheme Shares

Please find attached a Capital Change Notice. The shares were issued unpaid as Employee Share Scheme Shares in the F22 Employee Share Scheme (F22 ESS) and the F23 Employee Share Scheme (F23 ESS). The third tranche of F22 ESS and the second tranche of F23 ESS vested on 31 March 2024 and a portion are being paid up on the relevant employees' behalf by PYS by way of a discretionary bonus.
