SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED - SKC RESIGNATION OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AUSTRALIA AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AUSTRALIA Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) advises that David Christian has resigned and will step down from the role of Chief Operating Officer Australia on 12 April 2024. SkyCity's Interim Chief Executive Officer, Callum Mallet, said "David has held a number of senior roles during his career with SkyCity since joining in 2005 and has led the SkyCity Adelaide business through a very challenging and demanding period, demonstrating strong leadership and resilience". Avril Baynes has been appointed to the role of Interim Chief Operating Officer Australia effective from 13 April 2024, subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals (if any). Ms Baynes is currently General Manager Hospitality at SkyCity Adelaide, a role she has held since November 2023. Prior to joining SkyCity Adelaide, she was General Manager of the Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, Australia, from May 2019 to November 2023.
