Change of Auditor

NZX Release 22 April 2024 CHANGE OF AUDITOR Works Finance (NZ) Limited (Works) today announced that, following the completion of a thorough tender process, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint PwC as auditor of Works, with effect from today. This appointment follows the cessation of KPMG as Works's auditor, with KPMG having identified a conflict of interest after Downer's announcement on 4 March 2024.
