ARG announces fourth quarter dividend

Argosy Property Limited (‘Argosy’ or ‘the Company’) has announced a fourth quarter (for the period to 31 March 2024) cash dividend for the 2024 financial year of 1.6625 cents per share. As Argosy is a PIE, the dividend can be treated as excluded income for New Zealand income tax purposes. Imputation credits of 0.163299 cents per share will be attached to the dividend representing income tax paid by the Company. Overseas investors will receive an additional supplementary dividend of 0.074102 cents per share to offset non-resident withholding tax. The record date for the dividend is 12 June 2024 and the payment date is 26 June 2024. The Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan is currently suspended. END.
