Infratil Limited Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Infratil Limited advises that the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 22 August 2024 at Te Papa, 55 Cable Street, Wellington. Infratil Limited’s 2024 Annual Meeting will take place as a hybrid meeting, meaning that shareholders will have the option to join the meeting in person or online. Infratil Limited also advises that, for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the period for the nomination of Directors opens today and will remain open until 5:00pm (New Zealand time) on Wednesday, 26 June 2024. Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
