Annual Shareholder Meeting AMENDED

The original announcement released on 11 June regarding the Smartpay Shareholder Meeting stated in its headline title "Annual Shareholder Meeting - Director Nominations", this is incorrect and should read "Annual Shareholder Meeting". The Board of Smartpay Holdings Limited (Smartpay) is pleased to invite shareholders to attend its 2024 Annual Meeting to be held on 12 July 2024 at Smartpay’s Sydney Premises, Level 9, 151 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 and as a hybrid meeting using the Computershare Meeting Platform.
