Comvita announces change to Board of Directors

Comvita Limited (NZX:CVT) announces that Non-Executive Director Julia Hoare has resigned from the Board of Directors effective 31 August 2024 to balance board commitments. Julia is Chair of Port of Tauranga and will become Chair of Auckland Airport in October 2024, following its ASM. Julia joined the Board in March 2023 and was Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
