Amended Corporate Action Notice: Please see attached an amended Corporate Action Notice. This now provides further information on the offer announced to market on 2 July 2024, specifically in respect of placements. Further information on placements: As per our previous announcement made 2 July 2024, the offer is by way of a combination of placements and a share purchase plan offered to all shareholders. The placements are being undertaken in conjunction with the share purchase plan. Promisia is in discussions with potential investors who may participate in the placements but there is no defined timetable for the placements. The allotment date, being 5 August 2024, for both placements and the share purchase plan remains the same.
