Annual Meeting date Heartland advises that its Annual Meeting will be held online and in-person in Auckland, New Zealand on Wednesday 30 October 2024, commencing at 2.00pm NZDT. More details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders and available at heartlandgroup.info.nz in due course. Director nominations For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Heartland advises that the closing date for director nominations is Monday 2 September 2024. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZST) on that date. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and should be accompanied by written consent of the person being nominated.
