SDL Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

SDL’s Annual Meeting will take place at 10:30am on Thursday 24 October 2024 as an in-person meeting in the Jupiter meeting room at Solution Dynamics Limited 18 Canaveral Drive, Albany, AUCKLAND, and as an online meeting with details to be provided when the Company provides the Notice of Meeting to shareholders. Director Nominations For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3, SDL advises that the closing date for Director nominations is Monday 23 September 2024. All nominations must be received by 4pm on that date. Nominations may only be made by a Shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by a consent in writing by the nominated person. A brief CV of the nominee should also be included.
