Quayside General Counsel & Company Secretary Resignation

Quayside has announced the resignation of Ms Suzanne Casey, General Counsel and Company Secretary after five years with the company. Reflecting on Ms Casey’s five years with Quayside, Lyndon Settle, Quayside’s CEO said that “Ms Casey’s focus on providing the organisation with strategic legal and risk advice during a period of growth in both the business and portfolio has been instrumental. The frameworks and policies that have been developed during Ms Casey’s tenure will continue to serve Quayside well into its future, and we acknowledge and thank Suzanne for her service”. Quayside will undertake a process for appointment in due course.
