Changes to the Kiwi Property Board

Kiwi Property today advised that Mary Jane Daly will not stand for re-election and will step down from the company's board of directors, with effect from its 2025 annual shareholder meeting. Mary Jane has been a director of Kiwi Property since 2014 (then known as Kiwi Income Property Trust), and has been chair of Kiwi Property’s Audit and Risk Committee since 2017. The recruitment process for a new Kiwi Property director will commence immediately, with an announcement regarding the successful candidate to be made in due course.
