Vector announces completion of sale of its LPG assets

On 26 July 2024 Vector (NZX:VCT) announced its entry into a conditional agreement to sell its liquified petroleum gas (LPG) business, Vector Ongas, and its shareholding in Liquigas Limited. Vector is pleased to announce that the transaction’s ministerial, regulatory and commercial conditions have been satisfied and that the sale was completed today. The purchaser is Elgas Limited.
