Director resignation - ASB Bank Limited

Mr David Cohen has resigned from the ASB Board of Directors after six years of service. His resignation takes effect immediately. ASB Chair, Dame Therese Walsh, thanked Mr Cohen for his contribution to ASB. Mr Cohen joined the ASB Board in February 2019. Dame Therese noted that ASB has benefited from his extensive banking experience and knowledge.
