Carolyn Steele appointed to ANZ New Zealand Board

On 12 February 2025 ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ NZ) announced that Carolyn Steele would be joining its Board as an independent director subject to non-objection from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ). The RBNZ confirmed today they have no objection. Ms Steele will commence as a director on 1 April 2025. The other members of the ANZ NZ Board are Scott St John (Chair), Dame Joan Withers, Alison Gerry, Mark Tume, Nagaja Sanatkumar, ANZ Group Executive Technology Gerard Florian and ANZ NZ CEO and Group Executive Antonia Watson.
