MPG – Trading Halt of Securities

Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 14 March 2025 Subject: Metro Performance Glass Limited (“MPG”) – Trading Halt of Securities Message: NZ RegCo has exercised its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3, and applied a trading halt to the ordinary shares of Metro Performance Glass Limited (“MPG”). Trading in MPG shares was halted before market open on Friday, 14 March 2025. NZ RegCo has applied the trading halt to allow MPG time to consider and respond to statements in the media from Crescent Capital Partners asserting that it is proceeding with its proposal to acquire or merge with MPG (“Crescent Proposal”). The trading halt will remain in place until the later of: 1. an announcement from MPG in relation to the Crescent Proposal; or 2. market open on Tuesday, 18 March 2025.
