11 April 2025 NZX/ASX Code: EBO Not for release or distribution in the United States EBOS ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A$200M (NZ$217M) PLACEMENT EBOS Group Limited (“EBOS”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the fully underwritten placement (“Placement”) of approximately 5.9 million new fully paid ordinary shares (“New Shares”), raising approximately A$200 million (NZ$217 million)(1). Funds raised in excess of the amounts paid for the acquisitions of SVS Veterinary Supplies (“SVS”) and the remaining 10% stake in Transmedic will provide further balance sheet capacity to fund additional future growth opportunities.
