A total of 524,267 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued to employees and a director of PaySauce These consisted of: - 465,787 shares issued to employees as part of the F25 Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F25 Q4. - 58,480 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 31 March 2025. Shares were issued at an average market price of $0.1710 per share
