NZX / ASX Code: EBO CAPITAL CHANGE NOTICE FOR RETAIL OFFER EBOS Group Limited (“EBOS”) provides the attached Capital Change Notice pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This notice relates to the issue of 1,582,542 ordinary shares under the retail offer originally announced on 10 April 2025 (“Retail Offer”). A copy of the ASX Appendix 2A is also attached. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 4.17.9(c), EBOS refers to the information contained in its announcement in respect of completion of the Retail Offer dated 12 May 2025.
