Transaction in Own Shares (AMENDED)

The following amendments have been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 28 May 2025 at 16:55 under RNS No 4802K. Following the above transaction, the Company holds 79,884,015 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 481,935,001 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 481,935,001 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
