Chief Financial Officer Resigns

Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) advises that Mandy Tomkins-Dancey, Chief Financial Officer, has tendered her resignation and will be stepping down from her role effective Monday, 23 June 2025. Bremworth’s Chair Rob Hewett acknowledges the work Tomkins-Dancey undertook. “Mandy has been a valued member of our executive leadership team since March 2024, and during this time has made a significant contribution to the review of the company’s financial strategy and performance. Under her leadership, we have strengthened our financial systems, enhanced reporting transparency, introduced efficiencies, and enhanced decision-making disciplines around cash flow management and capital allocation.” We thank Mandy for her dedication, professionalism, and impact during her time with Bremworth.
