Director nominations For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Heartland advises that the closing date for director nominations is Monday 15 September 2025. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZST) on that date. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and should be accompanied by written consent of the person being nominated.
