SBS announce appointment of new Director

NZX Release 23 July 2025 SBS announce appointment of new Director SBS announce that Ms Prue Halstead will be joining the SBS Bank Board effective 1st October 2025. Ms Halstead brings her expertise in investment, legal and technology to the Board. She has had extensive experience in private equity investment and technology startups through her role with Invest South and involvement in the Angel investment community across New Zealand. She is a member of the Institute of Directors and has a legal background with extensive experience dealing with commercial contracts. Mr Joe O’Connell, SBS Chair confirmed he is pleased to have appointed Ms Halstead as a Director and looks forward to having her join the SBS Bank Board.
