Capital Change Notice - Employee Share Scheme (F26 Q1)

Please find attached a Capital Change Notice. A total of 481,841 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued to employees and a director of PaySauce These consisted of: - 429,209 shares issued to employees as part of the Quarterly Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F26 Q1; and - 52,632 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 30 June 2025. Shares were issued at an average market price of $0.1900 per share
