FY25 Remuneration Report The Company’s 2025 Remuneration Report will be announced to NZX and ASX and published via the Investor Centre on the Fletcher Building website before the Notice of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is released, which is anticipated to be no later than 19 September 2025. FY25 Climate Statements The Company’s FY25 Climate Statements will be announced to NZX and ASX and made available via the Investor Centre on the Fletcher Building website prior to 31 October 2025.
